Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

We ship from US warehouses to addresses in the contiguous United States. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.95.

Not the right fit? Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Personalized items (such as engraved ID tags) are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Need a different size? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
